This hair salon is absolutely terrible. We clearly agreed on a length below the chest, but the stylist cut it way above the chest in one go. To make it worse, they had the nerve to argue that’s what I asked for. They can’t even follow the simplest instructions—what a joke.
They were so aggressive with my hair. Once I got to my appointment I waited TWO HOURS! TWO HOURS! Absolutely unreasonable and unbelievable! Jackie prioritized walk ins over my haircut which I had booked over appointment. Also said my bangs before the trim was ugly and even after I said I didn’t want it he did it anyway. Never coming back again.
As someone visiting from out of the country I was nervous finding a new hair stylist, but Jacky was incredible. He is detailed and precise with my layers. He didn't just give me a haircut, he gave me a total transformation that refreshed my whole look and took years off my appearance. His technical skill is evident from the first snip. I can't recommend this place enough and I’ve already found my go-to spot for the future.
