Great gym, Very welcoming and great equipment.
This gym is an absolute dungeon and I love it. There's everything i need to get a good work out, I've never had to battle to use the equipment I want, the food is decent and I just generally love the vibe. I wont go anywhere else.
Went for a massage and Karol was amazing!
3F is more than a gym, its a community of well minded people who are striving to achieve their goals mentally and physically. 3F is the best served gym around with classic machines to fighting cage. Honestly its a second home to me
