DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I had a liner replaced. Was asked if I had a man around to unscrew the eye return that they overtightened and pointed straight down to come adjust it for me!! Requested a call prior to install & did not get one, was required to have a tanker here to fill pool immediately yet the installers had my hose in the pool (also water that I pay for), broke the skimmer flapper & said nothing, left one of the seat covers unscrewed, threw their cigarette butts in my yard, installed the top ledge piece with the p... read more
I wanted to let you know how much we love our new above ground pool! I was finally able to get in and enjoy it, thanks to the weather cooperating, and I love everything about it. The men who set it up for us were kind, fast, and efficient! I am glad I did a little upgrade because it is just beautiful and hopefully will last us many wonderful years! We have been using Dumas Pools for about five years now and they are always such a joy to work with! Our pool was destroyed this past winter from the weather and they made sure to make the process of getting a new one a breeze. They are always beyond helpful when I have a tough spring getting my pool clear and go above and beyond with whatever they can to help. Even my kids love visiting their store!
