Couldn't work for a worse company. Accumen only cares about money, is riddled with cringey HR jargon and fake people.
Quite unprofessional. Have two interviews & never heard back. Never even got a denial email. Reached out to recruiter David Leitch & never received a response. I guess ghosting is more comforting? Be aware..too many remote companies like to waste peoples time now.
Was in contact with them before interviews and was told about the pay, start date, benefits and everything. Was under the assumption I was getting the job because they bring in a group of new techs at a time. I did hiring mgr and peer interview after had been talking to the recruiter and everything was supposedly still fine. A week had past and emailed recruiter and ask if any decisions had been made yet and was told no that should know something within a week.
