Worst garage ever
I've been going to Devin for a few years and he never steers me wrong. Reliable service and never over charges me. That's why I only go to him. I don't trust anyone else. Actually going to see him for an alignment next week.
I’ve been taking my cars for repair here for a few years. The owner is very knowledgeable and is always fair with pricing making 3 D&R Auto one of the more reliable auto shops in the Nanticoke area. Service is quick, I never have to wait extended periods for my repairs to be done. Any questions I have are always answered and if there are an issues they are always addressed upfront. Excellent experience compared to other garages.
I have been here once for an inspection. And what I was subjected to was unprofessional to say the least. The owner likes to cross lines when it comes to females. I have never in my life had a mechanic ask me personal questions about me life, nor use my personal contact info to text me after hours in a unprofessional manner. I felt so uncomfortable there and will not be recommending this shop to anyone I know. 😫
Paid $60 for mount and balance 2 tires. One was put on the wrong direction. I noticed after about 2 day and went back to ask if this can be fixed so my tire doesn’t void warranty. The mechanic refused multiple times forcing me to find a more reputable repair service shop.
