Very unprofessional do not do business with them!.
Honestly very unprofessional organization. Friend signed up for a race, drove 4 hours (one way) the day before, paid for hotel, and turns out the date of the race was changed. No emails were sent to her regarding this date change, she went back and checked all emails just to be sure. When outreach was made to the company regarding this, they responded rudely and unprofessionally. My friend made a reasonable request for a refund solely for the race cost (although even more money was spent on hotel & gas), but only received ru... read more
DO NOT SIGN UP FOR A RACE WITH THIS ORGANIZATION. They changed the date of a triathlon after I had already signed up and paid, without notifying me or asking for my approval. They completely failed to communicate the change, and when I reached out, they ignored my emails and were extremely rude. Save yourself the hassle—do not register for any of their events.
