Honestly very unprofessional organization. Friend signed up for a race, drove 4 hours (one way) the day before, paid for hotel, and turns out the date of the race was changed. No emails were sent to her regarding this date change, she went back and checked all emails just to be sure. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR A RACE WITH THIS ORGANIZATION. They changed the date of a triathlon after I had already signed up and paid, without notifying me or asking for my approval. They completely failed to communicate the change, and when I reached out, they ignored my emails and were extremely rude. Save yourself the hassle—do not register for any of their events.

Genuinely one of the most unprofessional companies I've had to deal with. The dates of the race changed with NO notification, I drove 4 hours one way to find out that the race wasn't happening, and now they are refusing a refund and will not return emails.

I signed up for the sunrise side triathlon in Tawas, MI. When I signed up for the race it was on July 19th. The date of the race was changed to September 6th and I was not notified. I am not able to attend the new date of the race. I am currently trying to get a refund, and have emailed and called the organization multiple times. From my experience this is a very disorganized and organization with very poor communication skills.

I have done several races with 3D under their Kona brand. All of the races were well organized with great shirts and fun themes! There is always high energy that makes it a very enjoyable experience.
