Failure to properly address problems: After paying for a league, I did not receive a spot on the pickle ball league (my name was not on the player roster). I immediately called and emailed the office; unfortunately, there was no response. The following day it took two calls and roughly 7 hours for management to return my call. 3DFIT is the first gym I've ever felt truly comfortable at! The community there is so open and friendly. Everyone is so quick to offer helpful advice and encouragement. Also a HUGE shout out to Jill she is the best literally the only person I'd wake up and go to the gym at 5am for!
Great place for pickleball, great organization for their tournaments as well!
Love this gym. Everyone is nice and helpful. They take a genuine interest in your health and well-being. Jason, Heather, Donna, Kara Stefan all are rock stars!
