Charged my debit card twice and had to wait 5 days to get my money back. Alot of money to me. Asked for help with putting the screw back in my glasses and was told if I had the screw any one could do it. I still can't get it back in. I will go somewhere else next time. I will walk around with a wire in them till I'm due for glasses again.
Always GREAT service and quality. It’s nice not being treated like a number. Thanks for repairing my glasses today. The new nose bridges feel wonderful again.
Went here initially just because I live nearby, it saved a trip into Pueblo. They did a good job with my new glasses, work was quick. I ran into issues with my lenses having some distortion issues and they rechecked my prescription and replaced them, resolving the issue quickly, and also helped frame adjustment and fitting. Scheduling is also pretty flexible, and they accept walk-ins for quick things on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Great experience, and Amanda especially was helpful and patient.
