I've just started using them, so haven't sent many orthotics to them yet, but so far they've been very responsive and provided excellent customer service, delivered orthotics promptly and made a high quality product. Definitely better than the previous lab I used which is okay, but slow getting the orthotics out and always a struggle if you needed anything slightly complicated.
