Really poor product. Received chipped and damaged stone. No replacement and hidden fees. Really poor experience. Owner blocked us after we tried to discuss with him per his response to this review. Promised replacement stone. Then sold it and now won’t provide a refund
Absolute con. Don’t deal with this company. Promise the world and don’t deliver then charge hidden fees. *** updated to owners response. Just before owner responded to this review he texted to say he was blocking us for leaving a bad review!! Only spoke to him once and he was quite aggressive. No assistance in swapping over the stock and when we were informed of them being out of stock they want to charge a hidden fee for the stock they were receiving back.
Waverley is amazing and so knowledgeable on all things in the tile and natural stone space. Highly recommended.
