3&D is an amazing place!! If you are looking for a community of people that encourages each other and want the best for you, look no further. The owners, Raychel and Lovell, are wonderfully kind and knowledgeable and have the credentials to support. They are intentional in the workouts and direction and I love it here. The folks that workout here are the best! We all encourage each other! I have lost weight, gained energy, mobility, and confidence that I will age in great mental and physical health thanks to 3&D.
I really enjoy the process at 3-D. The trainers are giving you that personal attention watching over my well-being to make sure that I am getting the training needed without getting re-injured and I appreciate that thank you, Rachelle and Lovell.
Went on a fun hike in the state park organized by the gym members and trainers. Great group of people with years of experience helping people get in shape and stay healthy. Strong work!
