Have had my X5 serviced at 3D Automotive several times and they are a 5 star service center.
They did everything they could to fix my car, but ultimately the engine was not reparable; which I had anticipated. They were honest, upfront, and informative. They also gave me some information and suggestions about my next car; which wouldn’t benefit them at all. It was just them being kind. They only charged me the minimal diagnostic fee. I had 2 of my vehicles serviced from here, this past summer and overwhelmed with the results. Repairs on an older vehicle may be challenging, but I give a lot of credit for their time and patience.
