Got in a minor accident with my car and needed front end work done, just control arms, ball joint, maybe an axel or something, nothing crazy. I was charged nearly $2000 for something that any other shop would have charged me $900-1400 all because bro wanted to overcharge me triple for the lower control arm. 400$ each when I can't even find a pair for over $200 ANYWHERE online. I brought my vehicle to 3D’s Automotive to fix the brakes. When I left, there was a noise with the brakes, so I brought it back two more times, and they never fixed the problem. I ended up taking it to another shop, where they took the brakes apart, re-greased everything, and reassembled them — no problems since. I just wish 3D’s Automotive would have cared a little more.
I was quoted 950 for 4 rotors and 4 brake pads, with an extra 200 plus for a caliper. The only fair price for my vehicle quoted was the caliper. For my vehicle, labor and parts are under 700 for just brakes and rotors. Im not sure if this place thinks women aren't knowledgeable about cars or was just trying to get over on me, but I would not recommend this shop.
I was referred here by a friend and so greatful I was, they were so honest with me and didnt try and take me for more money. They are very fair priced. My car runs great now thank you so much!
