Upon move out, we were charged because we did not refinish/paint the EXTERIOR of the front door. It was already fading upon move it. We were also charged items that were already in disrepair at move in, and duly noted. The security locks did not meet Texas statutes and was also verbatim in the lease agreement. We had to go back and forth to resolve. Contractors sent out to do the repairs left a mess, and did not show up on time. The only nuisance about this building is the loud noise you hear on the ground floor upon entering the building lobby.
This review is specifically regarding the realtor at this company, Brian McGarity, he is very openly racist and I think everyone should know that before doing business.
