Service was excellent
We have only started on the GLAD program, 2 sessions in. It is obvious once you start the exercises how much you compensate for the worst knee. Friendly & helpful staff. No pain no gain.
I cannot thank the Team at 3D Physio enough. The ongoing advice and regular Clinical Pilates has been a game changer for my complex issues. 3D is my happy place they are brilliant!!
