I have been coming here for the past several months and I have had good experiences until the past two or three trips. I tried the eyelash extensions and was given no instruction on how to care for them/what to expect. I should have decided against it since it cost me $100 but I wanted to try it. They ended up getting so heavy I had to take them off a few days later, along with all of my eyelashes. I have came to this Nail Spa multiple times in the past yet this week was a totally different story. Not only was I rushed through my appointment but no care was taken for my nails and at $50 for a full set that’s unacceptable. Nails aren’t even painted on my entire nail. Loveeee this salon ! I use to salon hop cus I couldn’t find a place that I was consistently happy with. Spur of the moment a coworker & I decided to try 3D nails out & I haven’t been to another salon since! Alvin is literally the best! Recommended a couple people and they agree! Yes they are busy but heck I’d rather wait and get a good maniucre than not wait and get a crappy manicure!
Terrible. You make an appt and have to wait at least 30 minutes still! Numerous people walked out while I was there due to scheduling problems. The quality of my nails are horrible. Even the paint job, there was a fuzz that landed on my nail while she was painting them, I asked if she could fix it .. she just put numerous clear coats on to try and fix it. I told her it was still visible, she said it’s done and moved on. Save your money and go elsewhere.
