Sign said open-around 1230 on a Wednesday. Thought maybe I just couldn't open the door.. after feeling like I was breaking in (thought maybe the door was just heavy) and not seeing anyone, we waited for about 5 minutes, with nobody appearing. There was no "be back soon" or any other sign/reason as to why they might not be open.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I am claustrophobic, and am diagnosed with anxiety and PTSD. My 12 year old Son really wanted to do this. I told the employees of my situation. They refused to allow him to go through on his own. I mustered up the courage and tried it. I only lasted 2 seconds, turned around, exited through the entrance, and had a panic attack in the lobby in front of the employees and other customers. The employees said absolutely nothing. My 12 year old son thought this was very fun. It was tough enough that it took him a few tries, but it was not so difficult that it took hours to do. The employee working when we went in was very kind and patient. It was worth our time for sure.
