The best experience ever, I just run in and a guy with glasses (that I forgot his name) was so helpful and so nice!!!... this was Friday May 9/2025 at 11:30 am, (they close at 2pm) and only 2 days for Mothers day, they was full of online orders, a crazy place, but they managed to help me and had my order ready at 2pm... They are just the best!!!! And of course TOP QUALITY!!!!!
Love this company! I have ordered a few things from them & they are always beautiful. The shipping usually seems faster than I expect it to be. Plis they package everything really well so that nothing breaks while shipping. I have given these as gifts a couple of times and the reactions were so fun. They got so excited about their photos being inside the glass. Highly recommend if you are looking for a fun and creative gift for someone or a decoration for your own home.
Just arrived (5:00pm)an hour before their “6:00pm closing” for no one to answer the door or phone to hand me my order that was said in email it was“ready for pickup”. Terrible smfh
What an absolutely perfect order from start to finish. My item is stunning in every way. The detail is perfect from all sides and it looks exactly like the photo but in 3d and almost like you can reach out and touch it. I paid the 4.95 for shipping and I had it a few days after I ordered it and three days earlier than expected now that's fast shipping. I highly recommend this company, I cannot wait to give this as a gift and will post pictures after it's given!! Five stars for a five star company, Thank you.
The staff was helpful and kind. My pic was blurry so I was a little worried but they did the job beautifully. Fast service, got it next day! Well be coming again. Great memory keepsakes to last a lifetime
