I had a wind mitigation inspection done, the inspector David Jr came on time and did his inspection on a timely manor and was very professional
Very unprofessional. They came to perform a home inspection on a house that I am purchasing on Monday night, they told me that their turn around time to receive a report was 24 to 48 hours. i explained to them that the deadline for the report was Friday and they assured me that that was sufficient time. I called on Tuesday to confirm if they will send the report via e-mail or via regular mail and was told that it would be roughly 80 page report and would come as a PDF in my e-mail.
