I’ve just started at this gym and I’m really enjoying it. The staff are lovely, the location is very convenient, and the facilities have everything I need. Love the vibe, it’s chill and I can workout in peace, but it’s still nice and friendly - win/win :)

Saed and Sally were a great help in getting me back to the gym and creating a great mindset. I love the energy and ambience, it's great to work out in a gym feeling without judgement.
I love 3D as it’s such a relaxed atmosphere to train in. I often lacked motivation & felt quite awkward in other gyms I’d used in the past but the staff are friendly and supportive, and I feel comfortable just coming in, and training in a way that suits me. I also know if I’m unsure, I can get loads of advice and support from Sae and the team.
Really friendly gym, well equipped and fantastic team! Would definitely recommend!!
