Moved to Darwin during dry season this year and could not give up my hobby so joined this amazing studio. The sprites are high the moment you step in the door, the instructors are welcoming and patient as we learn and the vibes from your fellow class mates never goes unnoticed.

Such a supportive and encouraging atmosphere from all the staff and students alike. I usually feel intimidated and out of my depth at gyms and fitness centres, but I quickly became relaxed and at ease here. I loved the 1:1 private lessons, tailored to my personal goals & needs as a travelling dancer with a patchy skillset. Money well spent! I feel much more confident in my skills and have lots of good foundation now from which to progress in my personal practice. Can't wait to come back for more next year 🥰
Another great session at 3D Fitness Studio. Keira is an amazing instructor and hostess. This was the 2nd time I have been with a group of men and women across different ages and physical abilities and everyone has left on a high. My hips and knees are not what they used to be, so some of the "sexy" moves just didn't happen, but it didn't stop me from having a crack and a full belly laugh at myself whilst trying
