Getting back into shape is never easy and can be incredibly intimidating. Especially if you’re not a fan of the typical “gym environment.” The atmosphere here is not intimidating and all of the other clients are extremely welcoming. I will start by saying I am not good at gym environments with a lot of people. But this gym is great. I’ve tried quite a few in the area and this one is my go to. I felt nervous and worried about trying another gym because I always end up disappointed. But this place gave me good vibes since the first time I came in. It is a smaller gym but They have all the equipment that you need and more.! Always a good environment. Never walk in and feel out of place. I love that they offer personal training. Best decision I've made in a long time for myself! Lexc, Val, and Chris...great people who want to help you be successful. Hardest decision was to make that commitment. Meal program was easy to follow, questions were answered in detail, and results were AMAZING! I recommend 3D Fitness for everyone 💪
