Kelly (and all) are wonderful instructors and welcome anyone and everyone regardless of fitness level and experience. 3-D fitness is a beautiful environment for anyone wanting creative or traditional fitness.
Had my first experience at 3d fitness and it was stellar. The owner and instructors were so patient and encouraging. The studio was clean with lots of variety.
I’ve taken silks, hoop, and hammock classes here, and my daughter attended their fun spa day and a silks class and absolutely loved it! Kelli and her team are always kind, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. It’s a great environment for beginners and experienced students alike, and truly a place for all ages. If you’re looking for a fun way to get moving, this is it. Every experience I’ve had with the team has been wonderful. I also hosted a private event here and it was a blast. Highly recommend!
I had such a great experience at 3D Fitness! The aerial silks and hoop class was so fun and way more approachable than I expected. The instructors are incredibly easy going, patient, and motivating, which made me feel comfortable trying something new. The owner is clearly so passionate about what she does, and her energy is contagious. I left feeling empowered, inspired, and honestly hungry to learn more. I can’t wait to come back!
Kelli’s gym has such a welcoming vibe! I’m really looking forward to some “mommy and me” workout sessions. Outside of providing a wonderful space, Kelli is also a wealth of knowledge when it comes to nutrition & fitness-with her support you’re destined to feel great!
