Great staff, 24/7 key access, diverse selection of machines, available classes, and you never have to wait for equipment. More machines than free weights but the power cages are clutch. It’s a nice spot! 11/08/2024: Even MORE machines have been added. Additional versatility is much appreciated!
I love working out with Norris! He's knowledgeable and easy to talk to.I have knee issues, and he can always modify our workouts to accommodate the problem. The gym is clean, has great equipment, and always a good vibe. It's definitely a highlight of my week.
I'm 70 years old and 3D Fitness is just the place for me to get my heart pumping and strengthen those muscles that we tend to neglect at my age. Norris is a great guy and always willing to answer questions. The facility has a great variety of equipment and the gym is always clean and well stocked. If you have a Medicare Supplement, you most likely have coverage that will pay for the membership. Give it a try! You will really like the facility.
