A bit misleading. The website stated free diagnosis. Not the case when I got there. They were very polite about it. Decided to take my business somewhere else.

Idk how I haven't given a review of this place yet. I went a year ago; The person I spoke with was very polite and helpful. I had what I thought was an obscure issue with a decades old Sony camcorder and he made an initial repair that didn't last more than a few days and took it back and permanently fixed it free of charge when it had the issue again. Honorable service like that is hard to come by these days. Worth every penny, IMO.
Great customer service. So helpful, accommodating, and responsive. Really really appreciated Fransisco!
