I was given an estimate of $5000 when discussing the work. I paid $500 to get the design in writing which was to go against the work itself. The actual job estimate came in at 3 times that, almost $15K. Working over literally months, trying to get back down to the original ideas, I finally sent an internet image of the design I wanted and what was originally discussed. And then came more months of non-response. Lost $500 for absolutely nothing, lost faith in 3D and the affiliated Grasshopper Gardens. So so sad about this.

Had them come out for an estimate on landscape lighting, which would have been a costly job. Doug and his son came out, and Doug advised that he would come by in a few days and flag the property for areas we discussed, and then he would send an estimate via e-mail. After a call and a message to them, still nothing. I guess they don’t need our business. On to someone who else who wants the job!
