We have been working with 3D for 12 years done more than 3000 crowns bridges and impalnt crowns. Never thought of going to any other lab for fixed or implant cases. If we run into trouble, they will fix it. Very easy to work with if we give them good impression/scan. They also do custom shade at the lab for no charge for all the esthetic cases. I am not one to be quick to leave a bad review on any business but unfortunately here we go. Very very rude. Takes no responsibility for mistakes. There are plenty other labs to choose from. Find another one if you want to deal with a respectable professional lab. Update…. Not only is this lab terrible with customer service a whole year later they are STILL being unprofessional. My son had to do crown ,our dentist recommended us to go for costume shade.I was very impressed with 3D dental lab staff,so friendly so professional and the most important very patient and careful with our son.Very pleasent and good experience.

professional anticipation, high performance and qwality. You get more than you pay for in this place. Endless Technology with continus updating in the end you are in the corect place with the best team ❤. Just if u gave a bad infrastructure to any lab don't expect Hollywood lock without looking at thelemitation. Teams keep it up you guys on the corect track. Best wishes
