Extremely impressed with the work performed by Trevor. Trevor texted me before arriving providing me with an accurate arrival time. Once Trevor arrived, he got right to work and did an excellent job on our reclining sectional. He brought it "back to life". I was very impressed with how well heavily soiled spots were removed and the sectional no longer had the "frito smell" that most pet owners are familiar with. Elijah came by and did an amazing job on 2 of our couches. They were in great shape but we’ve had them for years and they were getting a little stale smelling. The process he used made them look and smell like brand new. Very happy and the price was reasonable. Elijah was a polite and professional young man. Very knowledgeable about the products used as well. I will use them again for other projects. Thanks!
Robert was amazing! He came out on a Saturday night for an emergency and took care of us. He also did the tile and grout in our kitchen and two other rooms, and everything looks fantastic. Super reliable and great service—highly recommend!
Had the pleasure of working with Elijah today. We did a pretty simple steam clean throughout the whole house. Great communication, worked efficiently without making me feel like he was rushing through the job and extremely polite. The price was set before he came and there was no trying to up charge me with something else. My carpets look great and not super chemically smelling, everything just smells clean. Would highly recommend 3-D Carpet Cleaning & Restoration!!
