3D BioCad gladly sells you and charges you for the yearly support plan but then when you call them to get help/support they say the scanners are too old and they can't help. We purchased three 3Shape scanners through 3D BioCad in the past (worth $130K - $150K) and every time we called for technical support this year they refused to help stating the machines are too old. They do best service.
WOW, I have been in the dental biz for 25+ years.. Their level of support is like nothing I have ever experienced! They respond before i can even refresh my email, I can call them directly, they handle my issues with 3Shape, they just take over and remote in. Its just incredible service. They are so knowledgeable! They have fixed numerous issues that the company that makes the equipment seems to struggle with.
