WOW, I have been in the dental biz for 25+ years.. Their level of support is like nothing I have ever experienced! They respond before i can even refresh my email, I can call them directly, they handle my issues with 3Shape, they just take over and remote in. Its just incredible service. They are so knowledgeable! They have fixed numerous issues that the company that makes the equipment seems to struggle with.
I have had a great experience with 3D BioCAD since purchasing my trios several years ago. They are always very responsive and helpful with support.
