We hired 3D Benchmark to rebuilt two levels of a deck that was experiencing dry rot and settlement. 3D did an outstanding job, and their foreman, Mike, always kept us informed of progress. The subs they used knew their business and performed an accurate match of the stucco pattern, painting, railing, and other aspects. There were no shortcuts taken.
