Food was amazing and on time for our wedding! We did a loaded baked potato bar, shredded smoked chicken, and the smoked Gouda Mac and cheese! They even brought out drinks and cups and everything we needed! Everyone LOVED our options and the charcuterie board was HUGE!!
3D Barbeque catered for our group of 20+ on short notice. The food was excellent - brisket, pulled chicken, and ribs were standouts. We ordered a mix of sides: mac and cheese, cornbread, and baked beans which all complemented the meats perfectly. Everything was freshly prepared the same day. Ian and his crew were amazing to work with! We had a large catering order to handle and the quality of the meat and flavor was a hit for all! The only left overs were some extra buns from people who didn’t want the bread to get in the way of the chicken! Can’t wait for the food trucks to be around this summer!
