There was no communication with my insurance co. It was like I had to make all the arrangements. Isn't that there job??????????? They did not even look at the insurance info and told me that I was to pay the entire amount. I called up, and they said that I had to talk with my ins co and when I got slightly upset, the manager came on, got mean, and then called back later to tell me I did not have pay. The audacity of this place is unbelievable. About four years ago, I brought my new car here for repairs after an accident—it was around $14,000 worth of damage. The repair job they did was terrible.
