If I could give them a zero on customer service I would. Worst initial experience I've ever had at any car center or repair shop. The person who claimed to be the manager came out to take photos of the damages. My car was hit in a parking lot when it was parked and I was not with it, the other driver was kind enough to leave a note and their information stating they hit it.
