There was no communication with my insurance co. It was like I had to make all the arrangements. Isn't that there job??????????? They did not even look at the insurance info and told me that I was to pay the entire amount. I called up, and they said that I had to talk with my ins co and when I got slightly upset, the manager came on, got mean, and then called back later to tell me I did not have pay. Shouldn't they have this set up beforehand???????? I liked them back in the "old days" when they had people that did their job... read more
