Nice guy but came out under my home warranty to fix my washer, found an issue but wasn't the issue that fixed my washer. Waited weeks for him to come back with the right parts to fix this time and no response to my calls or texts. In fact, I called once and I was sent straight to voicemail. Update: Second technician came back month later diagnosed the problem to be the switch board (a whole new problem) after replacing pump.
