Got them to install ultra deck as I didn’t want to do it for warranty reasons. The patters they took were great. They came and did the install. They washed it and installed it. I paid like 5 k for it. About a year later started lifting in a few places. I emailed them. They responded asking for pictures. So I sent. And never heard back. “ crickets!!” The reason why I paid extra for a certified company to do it was for the warranty reasons if need be. These guys didnt stand behind their workmanship. !!
