We had an unusual incident with our dogs that got into a huge fight. Blood was all over the room where the dogs fought. dogs were taken to Vet and they are healing. Vladd was just finishing up another job when we called. He was very nice, understanding and worked miracles on this room! Carpet was saved! I would highly recommend Vladd and will be using him for future cleanings.
They were very clear about setting expectations about timing, price and the work. I had two rooms' carpets cleaned. After Vlad cleaned the bedroom, I asked if he could go over a few edges again to make sure everything was thoroughly cleaned. He was happy to go back and redo the perimeter of the room. I appreciate their friendliness and professionalism!
