I bought a certificate through an auction. I have called them three times to schedule an appointment and no one calls me back. Not very professional
I originally bought a voucher through Living Social, called & made my appointment & was in the very next week. At my appointment, I had a wonderful experience! She gave me great tips about what I can do at home for my skin. She was such a positive & friendly person! I felt 100% comfortable around her, like I had known her for many years. I purchased a Living Social Voucher to try out this new company. I called twice and left a voice-mail. I never received a call back and called again this morning to track someone down. I called and the person was very cold and not welcoming. Very rude, Answering "Um... okay.. Is there someone whispering on the phone? Can they stop!" I asked is she was speaking to me.... I bought a groupon for a facial and scheduled it,when I arrived the lady that does the facial didn't show up,I waited for half an hour,the guy in the front desk called her and text her,but no answer,I am very disappointed,I understand that they are emergencies but she should call me to reschedule my appointment or call her coworkers and let them now that she's not coming,I will never go back back to this place:(
I have been using 3am Luxuray Spa to help to treat problem areas with my face and I have enjoyed the realxing enviroment and the soothing products use here. I would highly recomend this spa.
