My wife and I purchased a new Swift Voyager in May ‘25. We part-exchanged our AS Bouton as we wanted a larger MH and also “new”. A few warranty related issues, all dealt with or in-hand, some extras being recently been fitted (M-Level system and front and rear sensors). Great service from the team at 3As, Stefan and Trystan and the service dept.
Look on caravan groups on Facebook before dealing with this company. Once they have your money they do not want to know.
I put a deposit down on a new campervan at the October 2024 Camping and Caravan show. They seemed such a nice, friendly bunch of people. They probably still are, but they do not know how to look after their customers. I was told to expect my van round about May 2025. So I patiently waited, and waited, and waited. I heard nothing. WE BOUGHT A CARAVAN FROM HERE JUST OVER A YEAR AGO £20,000 .. THE WORST MISTAKE . ITS DONE NOTHING BUT LEAK .. SO MANY ISSUES TO NAME . TRYING TO GET HELP FROM AFTERSALES IS IMPOSSIBLE. THEY REALLY DO NOT CARE . THE ONLY WAY I HAD A RESPONSE WAS COMPLAINING ON SOCIAL MEDIA. THE LAST REPAIR AFTER THE VAN BEING IN THEIR GARAGE FOR MONTHS WAS THE ROOF IN THE BEDROOM LEAKING BADLY .
