39th Mini Mart has again been allowing street drinking on its premises. The current problem began recently when flimsy fencing, on the south side of the store, was removed to make way for a new food cart. That created a little niche for street people to gather and party loudly, as they did last night until 2:00 AM. The police had to be summoned to shut down the trouble and they have more important work to take care of. 39th Mini Mart responded to a similar problem last summer with some fencing and a few signs but the probl... read more
