Absolutely horribly infested with cockroaches. Do NOT move here. I’ve been here since August and for the first month it was fine and pest free, something happened in September and now it has been an absolute nightmare to live here. They are on every floor, in every unit. The management doesn’t seem to give a shit. They will claim they are doing treatments and put you through hell, having you vacate your unit (yourself AND pets for 6 hours at a time) and empty your entire kitchen & bathroom numerous times to “treat” and do li... read more
It’s full of roaches. It’s disgusting . And management doesn’t care about this.
We have only been living in this building for a short time, and unfortunately our experience has been very disappointing from the beginning. Before moving in, we were told that the issue with small cockroaches had already been completely resolved. However, since moving in, we have seen them multiple times. We were also told that if we ever saw any, someone would be sent immediately to treat the unit. This has not happened. Was great now there are roaches and management is doing next to nothing about it
Severe pest problem in this condominium. Cockroaches are everywhere — inside appliances such as the dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, and stove top, as well as in the sinks, pantry, counter top, dining table, and closets. Management has already done pest control twice, but the infestation continues and daily living is very difficult.
