This is good place to store your belongings. Clean, neat and well run. Helpful support staff. Easy access.
They will sell your stuff and tell you they tried to reach you. We had this on autopay. We certainly didn't stop the autopay. Now that it's winter and we need the equipment that was stored away for a year, we find out that they sold all of it! It was more than $20,000 of new equipment! Update: Please bring all the evidence to court and the money to reimburse me for the equipment. I've had my unit going on a year. I pay the amount for the month and the late fees no complaints every month. But I'm always faced with an overlock on my unit within the first week. I tried to talk to the manager about the situation and he was so rude that he hung up the phone on me 3 times and refused to resolve my issue.
