I have a major problem with something that took place yesterday at this lab, particularly with the phlebotomist Andrew. I have a call into the supervisor in hopes that it can be resolved, but I am very concerned about the integrity of this lab. The ladies at the front desk are amazing but my dealing with Andrew both yesterday and today are very alarming in my opinion.
Says it's open til noon on Saturday, but this is not true. They lock the doors at 11:45 "because staff has to have time to prepare the samples" - well if that's the case, post your hours as 7:30 to 11:45 am! And put that on your website! "We tell people when they call" is not a good answer. Why would I need to call before a routine blood draw? I look up your hours and I go. This is unacceptable and terrible customer service!
