Don’t even bother trying to schedule an appointment here. They can’t even send a referral to your insurance company for 4-6 weeks. Yes, 4-6 weeks. Then you get to wait some more to get approval from your insurance company. Great system.
2 stars because if you can actually manage to get into the office they are very nice. HOWEVER, their scheduling department is an absolute nightmare to work with. All I wanted was to schedule a mammogram. I spent FOUR WEEKS going back and forth between them and my doctor's office. My doctor's office would call to confirm they received the order, but somehow when I would call to make an appointment they would say the code or something else was incorrect. Why didn't they mention that to my doctor's office when they called?? I h... read more
Sutter says imaging is walk in only. I walked in and was told that they would not sign me in as they were running 45 minutes for an xray. They are actively turning patients away. I can and want to wait but they are telling me to check back in 15 minutes to possibly get checked in. To add insult to injury, the lobby emptied out completely and they still would not sign me in. The check in people might as well be robots. My guess is radiologists are at lunch. - just tell the truth Also agree with another review HIPPA is a joke.... read more
