Sutter says imaging is walk in only. I walked in and was told that they would not sign me in as they were running 45 minutes for an xray. They are actively turning patients away. I can and want to wait but they are telling me to check back in 15 minutes to possibly get checked in. To add insult to injury, the lobby emptied out completely and they still would not sign me in. The check in people might as well be robots. My guess is radiologists are at lunch. - just tell the truth Also agree with another review HIPPA is a joke.... read more
I've always been greeted and treated with the utmost kindness and professionalism.
I just took my 4 year old daughter to get an x ray of her foot and I am very disappointed with the radiology nurse. My daughter is scared and very timid of new things and this is the first time getting an x-ray. She was very scared and instead of helping calm her down as I was trying to do the nurse grabs my daughter's foot and slams it on the board and was trying to force her to leave her foot there.
