Adorable and friendly
Great staff, always super patient and kind with me and my millions of questions as I am a very paranoid cat/dog mom 🤣🫶
Dr. Cris saved my entire week. I had a k9 bottle puppy crash w me late on the drive home and he was the only vet that would answer my calls and come in. He went above and beyond to make sure he covered every base for both puppy and mom and was so so kind and caring despite my panicking and questions double checking everything. I will now be making the drive from New Mexico to Hereford for a lot of my vet care.Beyond greatful and appreciative of the kindness shown here.
Took my dogs to the kennel for a week while I was on vacation and one of them came back COVERED in feces, pee, what looked like vomit also. He is not a difficult dog at all and listens to commands very well. I cannot understand for the life of me how I took two dogs in and one came out looking like no one ever touched him. I will never take either of my dogs there ever again and the one that came out clean has been going here for YEARS. Sad to lose a repeat customer because of what looked like pure LAZINESS.
