Austin got me in to get 4 tires. And change to 20 inch wheels. He is very polite, honest, friendly, and cares about his customers. Will be going back when tires are needed. Will be recommending 383 Customz to my family and friends. Overall great experience.

We had low tire pressure, and couldn't find an air pump at the gas station in Harrison, Arkansas. The guys came right out. Checked all four tires. Aired them up and wouldn't take any money. I highly recommend this tire shop. Great customer service and very friendly.
