After waiting for an approval from their insurance, I was asked to meet the “boss”. I met the boss and was interviewed and another guy decided to make fun of me by cracking ignorant jokes and ask personal questions as if they were trying to intimidate me which I wasn’t. I was just trying to communicate with the boss for the interview. After that, the “boss” decided to ask if they can do another background check which I thought they already did.
