We ordered the wrong size, contacted them and received authorization for return and refund. We shipped back at our expense. We received delivery confirmation and asked about the merchandise credit to our account. We were told it would happen that day. It has been four days and nothing has posted. We disputed the charge with American Express and they credited our account not the vendor. This is not a trustworthy retailer.
This place has indiscriminately high prices and inflated prices on everything, i was an employee and was told to literally chase customers around the store to try to push merchandise if i didn't i'd get in trouble, sometimes they have clothes that has probably been sitting around in the back for months and months.. oh and the clothes they have is mostly xl xxl xxxl nothing wrong with that but if its not something that just came in dont even bothering asking for a medium. its a terrible place to work and shopping experience s... read more
