Management never responds to emails or calls and the guy working concierge is rude. There is also a roach infestation that’s been ongoing for years. Serious genuine lack of care from management. Please save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

Resident coordinator is involved and makes living here easier even when there’s issues going on and she has FREE events for educational purposes
I’ve been living here almost two years and have been very pleased thus far. Any concerns I’ve had have been addressed and my dealings with management have been pleasant. Our resident services liaison Dinah is always working to improve the connection with community and management! Appreciate the weekly newsletters!!
I've lived here for a few months, and while the building definitely needs some TLC and isn't perfect—the resident services team tries her best to listen to concerns and address problems in a timely manner. They're friendly and genuinely care. That said, I do hope the management invests more in improving the physical condition of the property soon. With a little work, this place has the potential to be really great.
