Worst Apartment Experience Ever – Do NOT Move Here! I will be terminating my lease at 38 North Apartments as soon as possible. This place is a nightmare. Cars have been stolen directly from the carports, packages and mail are constantly stolen, and there are NO cameras or security anywhere on the property. I moved in May 2024. I was sold on the amenities of our facility here at 38 North. It is now October 2025 There is still no working hot tub. There is still no working barbecue and pizza oven at our phase 2 complex. I have lived with aunts now, invading the apartment for three months now. They are getting in from outside and I imagine they are in our walls.
