This property is beautifully maintained, with well-kept landscaping and a peaceful, quiet community atmosphere. It’s a great place to enjoy a walk, and the amenities truly add to the lifestyle here. The community is fairly large, yet management does an excellent job keeping the grounds clean and visually appealing. The place was clean and organized. Grace was very friendly and helpful. My experience was fantastic. I would highly recommend 38 North.
Do not move in to here! Shady people working there. Front desk people lie to you and don't respond when called. Asked to set up a move out walk through but one of the girls there told me "you dont need to, just leave your keys on the counter and you're done". Got charged bogus fees after I moved out and Abigail didn't do her job and cash my last rent check. I even walked in to make sure she received it and told me "yes, I just haven't processed it yet". So, because someone refused to do their job, I got sent to collections. ... read more
Avoid. They will screw you when you move out. No matter if you pay your rent every month, they withhold costs when you inform them you're moving out. Also, they didn't cash my last rent check then sent me to collections and charged a "late fee" with additional bogus charges.... not safe either, had my bike stolen from my porch.
I’m not sure where to start but for the cost of these apartments everything is broken or not functioning! There’s never anyone in the office that can offer any resolutions being corporate id the only power a they don’t care about anything but money! People are moving out of these apartments like the plague an it’s sad because the apartments are beautiful. Management tries their best but are given no tools to actually help or to do their job! They’re low staffed with competent management an they have no maintenance personnel.... read more
