After a long while, I mustered the courage to attend the dentist after much neglect. For one, it was so easy to book an appointment. I was promptly emailed and texted confirmation, and encouraged to fill out extensive questionnaires and forms as a new patient. Super easy process! Wonderful staff, walked me through procedure
Waited 45 minutes at their office before leaving without seeing anyone, while I was hearing the doctor having small talk. It’s ok to be late sometimes but tell your patients upfront. This is not respectful of anyone time nor money. We all have work and lives.
