The building and amenities are nice, the management works properly, however, there are some rude and uncivilized neighbours such as the people walk their giant dogs unleashed. In case you warn them, they think they are entitled to walk their dogs unleashed. After an incident with a rude guy, the management sent an email to the units to let these people know that it is a law, the least they have to obey it, but of course lack of civilazation prevents to obey the rules.
