Not only do they have a strict criteria and vetting in all aspects of acquiring their team (staff, management company, lenders, attorneys etc), but they utilize a methodical research and due diligence in the acquisition of properties. The icing on the cake is that we've met the key players in the organization (Chad, Dan, Don & Kieran) and they seem to be men of integrity.

I have been investing with 37th Parallel Properties for over two years now and I my experience with them is that the management is exemplary. Don Duncan is phenomenal and very approachable and responsive to any questions and concerns. Chad Doty and his management team are very professional and dependable. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending 37th Parallel to anyone and I have referred some of my friends to them as well.
Having partnered this past year with 37th Parallel has been an amazing experience. Chad, Dan, Kieran and Don are a very impressive group of very hard working and ethical folks. Their impressive growth in such a short span of time to approximately $200MM under management is admirable. As a matter of fact, we have participated with 37th Parallel in $60MM worth of multifamily acquisitions just these past 12 months.
